I grew up across the street from the Bartels (Locust), Billy and I were like brothers. I remember Mr. Bartels building that big fence in his back yard supposedly to keep us out of his cherry tree. Honestly, I believe it was to keep me from Debbie lol. Billy and I shared so much as kids that when I moved from Iowa to Philadelphia I looked forward to my visits back to Clinton and the expression on his face. I love you Billy and you will always be my best friend.
