Back in the late 70's and 80's Bill was very good to my family with fixing our cars. You knew he would tell you the truth and would work with you if needed. He helped my family probably more than he knew, and it's still appreciated today. My condolences to the Bartels family. Life moves on the next scene but memories remain in the heart forever.
