So very sorry to hear of Art's passing. Art was the very 1st cop I was pulled over by. It happened when I was a toddler on my tricycle and went around the block! Art told me to get back home and followed me in the squad car! Such a great guy and was always so good to my family!! He will certainly be missed by many, not many guys like him!
