Troy Dietrick, 50, of Clinton, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Honoring his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded with a celebration of his life taking place at 2:00 p.m. at the Clinton Fire Fighters Union Hall (850 28th Ave. N.) on Saturday, April 28. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Troy was born August 2, 1967 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Michael "Mike" and Carol (Huebbe) Dietrick.
Troy worked in the Maintenance Department for various companies in the area.
Troy was very skilled mechanically, from engines to really anything mechanical he could fix. He was also a wheeler dealer, always looking for a good deal or making a deal. He also enjoyed taking rides on his Harley. Above all, he loved his children very much.
Troy is survived his Father – Mike of Clinton, IA; 1 sister - Michelle "Mick" (Paul) Peska; 2 brothers - Mike (Rhyan) Dietrick Jr. and Travis (Abby) Dietrick all of Clinton, IA; his loving girlfriend – Terra Comstock of Clinton, IA; children - Trey, Talen, Tyler, Tanner, Kaden and Jacquelyn at home; 1 grandson – Tyson Bartels with several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Preceding Troy in death were his mother Carol and daughter Mercedes.
