Obituary for Tina Marie Cartee (Hazlett)
Tina Marie Cartee, 66, of Clinton, Iowa, passed away at home on Friday, September 9, 2022. Honoring her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded with no services occurring. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Tina was born May 22, 1956 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Elmer and Ethel (Scully) Hazlett.
She was united in marriage to Oylen Cartee in 1991, he passed away in 1997.
She worked for several cleaning services throughout Clinton.
Tina loved to play bingo with her friends at Park Towers. She also enjoyed “girls’ night”, socializing with her friends at Park Towers. Above all, she loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren and will be greatly missed.
Tina is survived by her daughters – Rebecca (John) Willett of Rock Falls, Il, and Maynome (LeAnn) Cartee of Fulton; six grandchildren – Dyllan (Jenna) Willett, Terrisa (Brady) Lenox, Cara Willett, Ashton Spittler, Brandon Spittler, and Skylar Spittler; four great-grandchildren – Emma, Lousetta, Izabella Spittler and Payton Spittler; with several brothers, a sister, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother and very dear friend – Bob Morgan.
