Shirley Ann Gregory, 74, of Moline, Illinois passed away at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, August 25, 2018. Honoring her wishes cremation rites will be accorded with a celebration of her life taking place at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.

Shirley was born July 19, 1944 in Moline, Illinois the daughter of Oral and Mable (Roberts) Gregory.
She was a 1962 graduate of Moline High School.

Shirley began her career with Continental Airlines, working as a Customer Service Representative, for 15 years in Los Angeles, California’s LAX airport, then she was a Customer Service Representative, for United Airlines, for 27 years. She concluded her career working for Walmart for 8 years additional years.

Shirley enjoyed playing Scrabble and travelling. She loved cooking and baking for her family. She loved her fur-babies, her two dogs – Fancy and Pee-Pee. Above all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Shirley is survived by her children - her daughter Sara Weathers of Moline, Il; her son – Jeff Gregory of Oklahoma City, OK; 3 grandchildren - Lillian Gregory at home and Olivia Gregory and Mila Gregory at home; 1 brother – Ken Gregory of Hillsdale, IL; with several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Preceding Shirley in death were her parents.
