Sharon Kay Wright

Sharon Kay Wright, 65, of Clinton passed away Friday, March11, 2011 at Mercy Medical Center North.
Funeral services will be 1:00p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at Lemke Funeral Homes, South Chapel, 2610 Manufacturing Drive. Visitation will began 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday until time of service. Burial will take place in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes has been assisting the family.
Sharon was born November 17, 1945 in Clinton, the daughter of Earl and Bernice (Goddard) Anderson.
She graduated from Clinton High School in 1964. On December 16, 1967, she married the love of her life, Ken Wright. Sharon and Ken were united in marriage at First United Methodist Church in Clinton.
Sharon worked several years at Collis in the payroll Department. Sharon retired December 2010 from Data Dimensions Corp., after 13 years of employment.
Sharon enjoyed fishing, gambling, and her biggest joy was her grandchildren.
Survivors include her loving husband of 44 years, Ken, of Clinton, 2 daughters, Deb (Collin)Calsyn, of Albany, IL., Sherry (Jim) Thompson, of Clinton, 2 sons, Ken (Kris) Wright, of Cedar Rapids, Kevin (Kris) Wright, of Clinton, 10 grandchildren, Eric, Cody, Melissa, Kelsey, Andrew, Isabelle, Britani, Nicole, Nick, and Kendall, 1 great grandson, Brayden, and her loving dog, Tina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Richard Anderson.
