Sharon Denise Williams, 53, of Clinton, Iowa passed away at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics on Friday June 29, 2018. Honoring her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A Memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm on Sunday, July 15, at Lemke Funeral Homes – South Chapel (2610 Manufacturing Drive). A visitation will occur from 12 pm until the start of the service at 1:30 pm at the Funeral Home. Burial will take place at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Sharon was born November 27, 1964 in Clarksdale, Mississippi the daughter of Isaac Williams and Lillie (Brown) Hoard. Her Father Isaac passed away and she would be raised by her Dad, Steve Hoard.
Sharon loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren.
Sharon is survived by her two daughters – Tierra Williams and Kaneesha Williams both of Clinton, IA; 2 grandchildren – Kenzie Williams-Horne and LaReese Williams-Horne at home; 4 brothers – Gregory Brown, Kevin, Michael and Marcus Williams; dear friend and father of her children - Emmette Murray of Clinton, IA; with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceding Sharon in death were her parents – Mother Lille Hoard, Father Isaac and her Dad Steve Hoard, 1 son and 1 granddaughter.
