Rose "Rocia" Dolan, 85, of Clinton passed away peacefully at Pleasant View Rehab & Health Care Center, Morrison, Ill., on January 12th, 2012. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 15th, at 11:00 a.m. at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel (2610 manufacturing drive). A visitation will occur following the funeral service from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel. Burial will take place at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes is assisting the family.

Rose was born September 18th, 1926, the daughter of Frank and Marie (Hook) Bly. Rose graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1944 and was a graduate of Mount Saint Clare College, Clinton.
On May 1st, 1948 Rose was united in marriage to Thomas R. Dolan at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Clinton.
Rose worked for the telephone company as an operator and for the last 25 years she worked as a teachers aid for the Fulton School district.
Rose loved children, and especially loved watching her grandchildren's sporting events. She also enjoyed reading.
Rose was a member of the Tri-S Women Group, and DAR.
Rose is survived by: one daughter - Lynn Wytrwal; two sons - Richard (Kayo Miyazaki-Dolan) from Marshall, Wisconsin, Gregg (Tami Nelson) Dolan from Morrison, Illinois; one granddaughter and four grandsons; one sister - Sister Vivina Bly, BVM, from Dubuque.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, her husband, her brother and son-in-law
