Rita Duggan, 81, of Cedar Rapids, IA, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at her home. Rita was born March 27, 1930, to Albert and Ruth Coyle, in Dubuque, Iowa. Lemke Funeral Homes is assisting the family with arrangements. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Rita left behind a brother, James Brockett, Clinton; and several nieces and nephews. She loved to make dolls and talk about family history. Rita was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, a sister and one son.
