Mary M. Parker, 51, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011 in her home.
Funeral services will be Thursday, June 16, at 3:00 p.m. at Lemke Funeral Homes, North Chapel, 2304 No.2nd Street. Visitation will be Thursday, 1 p.m. until time of service. Burial will take place in Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton, Iowa.
Mary was born April 4, 1960 in San Diego, California the daughter of Wallace and Judith ( Hamilton ) Holzerland.
Mary was a homemaker. Mary was a member of Prince of Peace Parish. Her favorite past times were fishing with her son, Michael, gardening, and watching movies. Mary was fond of Hummingbirds and Siamese cats. She enjoyed collecting various knick knacks.
Survivors include her Mother, Judy Chamberlain, of Clinton, her son Michael, of Clinton, 3 sisters, Christine Holzerland (Jack Guellians) of Clinton, Sarah Holzerland, of Texas, Tina Holzerland, of Texas, 2 brothers, Joe (Donna) Holzerland of Davenport, Paul Holzerland of Clinton, 3 nieces, Mary Holzerland ( Juan Magana) of Clinton, Amie Wood (Brian) of Eldridge, and 1 nephew Scott ( Sarah) Holzerland of North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wallace George Holzerland.
