Mary Louise Brown, 40, of Clinton, Iowa passed away at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics on Monday, July 9, 2018. Cremation rites have been accorded with a private memorial service for family and close friends taking place at 12 pm on Friday, July 13, at the First Baptist Church in Morrison, Illinois. Burial will take place at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Mary was born January 28, 1978 in Rockford, Illinois the daughter of LaVina Morgan. She was a graduate of Rockford High School and she also attended Clinton Community College.
Mary was united in marriage to Roy Brown on April 5, 1996 in Clinton, Iowa.
Mary was a homemaker who loved caring for her family.
Mary enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, she also loved listening to music. She enjoyed socializing at family get-togethers. She loved all of her fur-babies, 4 Cats, 1 Lab and 1 Pitbull. Above all, she loved her family very much and will be greatly missed.
Mary is survived by her husband - Roy Brown of Clinton, IA; 3 daughters – Stephanie (Nathan Traver) Brown, Breanna Brown and Angela (David) Wallace all of Clinton; 3 sons - Roy (Rebekah Atkinson) Brown II, Derek Brown and Steven (Elizabeth Douglas) Brown all of Clinton; 7 grandchildren; several brothers and sisters, nephew – Andrew (Shauna) Hill with many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother and 1 sister.
