Marlee Lynn Tracy, 14 months, of Bettendorf, Iowa passed away at the University Iowa Hospitals and Clinics on September 24th, 2013. A private, family only, funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th, at 11:00 a.m. at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel (2610 manufacturing drive - west side of Clinton Lawn Cemetery). A visitation, open to friends, will be held one hour prior to the private funeral service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. A private burial will take place at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes is assisting the family with arrangements.
Marlee was born July 28, 2012 in Clinton, Iowa the daughter of Precious Bailey and Spencer Smith.

Marlee was a bright little girl, her young life was a gift to all of us. She had a big beautiful smile that she shared with everyone. She loved Mickey and Minnie mouse and enjoyed listening to music and dancing. She loved playing outside and enjoyed eating.
Marlee is survived by her Mother - Precious Bailey of Bettendorf, IA., her Father- Spencer Smith of Clinton, IA., her beloved pet Kilo James, Grandparents - Berneice (Ervin) Webb of Clinton, IA., Deb Smith of Clinton, IA., George Cooper of Memphis, TN.; great grandparents Jim (Betty) Smith of Queen City, MO., Great grandparent - Lillie Bailey of West Memphis, AR.; two aunts - Rachael (Lucciano Mosby) Bailey of Bettendorf, IA., Sydney Kustes of Clinton, IA.; two uncles - Hubert (Jennifer) Conely of Clinton, IA., Ben (Crystal) Meggenberg of Clinton, IA. and very close great Aunt Patricia Cumbo of Davenport, IA. and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by two grandfathers - Carson Tracy and Mildred Ruff and one great grandmother - Mary Smith.
