Obituary for Margaret Vince (Larson)
Margaret Vince, 96, passed away at Westwing Place, DeWitt, on Monday, January 31, 2022. Honoring her wishes cremation rites have been accorded with a graveside memorial taking place at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Margaret Larson Vince the daughter of Ludvieg and Irma Larson was born on March 27, 1925 in Missouri. She resided in Clinton Iowa for almost all her life. She worked in the toy factory for several years. She was married to Donald Campbell and had five children. Later, Margaret would be united in marriage to Arthur Vince until his passing.
Margaret loved to travel and see the sights of the United States and went on many road trips with her best friend Carl. She loved to work at the Methodist Church, as well as, volunteer her time with children. Margaret had a love for nature and animals especially dogs.
Margaret is survived by her five children Donna, Marge, Sandra, Donald and Evelyn, as well as, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Margaret was born into internal life on January 31, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.
Margaret leaves us with one of her favorite Bible verses – John 11:25 - Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the Life. He that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.”
