Obituary for Lucille Stang

Lucille Irene Bealer-Stang, 92, of Clinton, Iowa passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 8, 2014. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11, at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel (2610 Manufacturing Drive - west side of Clinton Lawn Cemetery). A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes is assisting the family with arrangements.
Lucille was born October 26, 1921 in Clinton, Iowa the daughter of Earl F. Sr. and Lettie Ruth (Smith) Shadle. She was united in marriage to Ralph Bealer, Sr. on September 14, 1942 Kahoka, MO., he passed away in 1982; she then married Don Stang in 1987, he passed away 1988.
Lucille worked for A.C Nielsen's Clearing House for 13 years and was also a homemaker. She enjoyed travelling, trying her luck at the Casino's and working cross word puzzles.
Lucille is survived by four daughters - Dixie (Kenny) Handy of Clinton, IA., Patsy (Art) Barber of DeWitt, IA., Carol Mahoney of Camanche, IA., Sandy (Bob) Byers of Clinton, IA.; 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and several great great-grandchildren; one sister - Lorraine Edens of Clinton, IA., two son-in-laws Skeeter Schultz of Camanche IA., Al Cram of Clinton, IA. and one step-daughter - Shirley Warren of Florida.
Preceding Lucille in death were her parents, two husbands - Ralph Bealer Sr. and Don Stang, three brothers; three daughters - Darlene Cram, Mary Schultz, infant Kathleen, one son- Ralph; two grandsons - Randy Schultz and Kevin Jahn; two granddaughters - Debbie Scalfaro and Diane Mahoney.
Memorials made will be directed to the wishes of the family.
