Lois A. Jorgensen, 70, of Clinton passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday August 21st. Funeral services will be held Thursday August 25th at 11:00 a.m. at Lemke Funeral Homes - North Chapel. Visitation will be held Wednesday August 24th between the hours of 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm at Lemke Funeral Homes-North Chapel. Burial will take place at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes is assisting the family.
Lois was born September 11th, 1940 in Fulton, Illinois, the daughter of Jacob and Jennie (Bielema) Van Kampen. She married Pete Jorgensen on September 28th, 1964 in Dubuque, Iowa.
Lois worked for many years at the Clinton Garment factory and retired after 20+ years from Promotion Fulfillment Center (PFC) Clinton.
Lois enjoyed crafting (traveling to craft shows with her sisters), gardening, loved her Shih Tzu dog Sassy Sue, and loved spending time with her family.
Lois is survived by 1 daughter – Connie (Greg Dalman) Larkey of Muncie, Indiana, 1 son – Steven (Tammy) Jorgensen of Clinton, 4 grandchildren – Jennifer Roling of Harker Heights, Texas, Lindsey of Muncie, Indiana, Adam Jorgensen of Clinton, Jessica Jorgensen of Clinton, 2 sisters – Marlene (Bob) Buck of Fulton, Illinois, Joyce (Gene) Jensen of Clinton, 3 brothers - Al Van Kampen of Fulton, Paul (Judy) Van Kampen of Fulton, Richard (Linda) Van Kampen of Fulton, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Pete, 2 brothers - Don Van Kampen, Warren Van Kampen, 1 sister- Linda Van Damme and brother in-law Doug Van Damme, 1 sister in-law Vi Van Kampen.
