LaDonna Rae Rogers, 66, of Low Moor, Iowa passed away at her residence on Monday, March 8, 2021. Honoring her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded with memorial services taking place at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.

LaDonna was born on February 23, 1955 in Moline, Illinois the daughter of James and Dorothy (Levitt) Rogers. She was united in married to Duane Fram. He passed away in 2015.

LaDonna was member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in DeWitt and Clinton.

LaDonna started her career as a hairstylist. Later, she changed her career to helping the disabled, caring for the mentally challenged, and working for Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. as an in-home caretaker.

LaDonna loved being outdoors, especially bird watching. She also enjoyed going on car rides and listening to music. She loved her fur-baby, her dog “Bandit”. Above all, she loved her family very much and will be greatly missed.

LaDonna is survived by her two sons – Merritt “Jim” (Naomi “Dee”) Owens of Moline, IL and Ricky Owens of Low Moor, IA; five grandchildren; two sisters; and several nieces and friends.

Preceding her in death are her parents and her husband Duane.
