Jeanne Lynn Dewell, 70, of Clinton, Iowa passed away on May 17, 2017. There are no services. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Jeanne was born December 15, 1946 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Richard Cosgrove. She was a 1965 graduate of Clinton High School. She was united in marriage to Mike Dewell.
Jeanne worked for many years as the receptionist for Dr. McKinney.
Jeanne enjoyed cooking for her family and enjoyed taking car rides. She also loved her cats and loved her family very much. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Jeanne is survived by two sons – John Dewell of Clinton, IA and Michael Dewell of Spencer, IA; one granddaughter and two grandsons; one niece Kathy Klahn of Clinton, IA and special friends – Liz McConnell and Sue Long both of Clinton.
Preceding Jeanne in death were her parents, her husband Mike, two sons and two brothers.
