Janice N. Lehmkuhl, 82, of DeWitt, Iowa passed away at the Genesis Medical Center - DeWitt on Sunday, March 25, 2018. Honoring her wishes, cremation rites were accorded with burial at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Janice was born August 17, 1935 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Stewart and Vivian (Finn) DeWitt. She graduated from St. Mary's High School. Janice was united in marriage to Curtis Lehmkuhl on April 14, 1956 in Clinton.
She was a past member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and was a devout Catholic. She worked in the Medical Administrative field for many years.
She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Janice is survived by one daughter – Jennifer (Fernando) Herrera of San Jose, CA; two sons – Steven (Darla) Lehmkuhl of Moline, IL and Michael (Gisele) Lehmkuhl of Pella, IA; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; one sister – Sharon DeWitt of Clinton, IA; one brother – John DeWitt of Clinton, IA; with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter – Kathleen and two brothers.
