Harold Dean Voss, 69, of Clinton, Iowa passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 25, 2016. Honoring his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded with no services taking place. A private burial will occur at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Harold was born July 8, 1947 in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Harry and Elizabeth (Martensen) Voss. He was united in marriage to Suellen Bunce on March 14, 1970 in DeWitt, Iowa - they would later divorce.
Harold retired from International Paper after 33+ years. He loved going to the Casino, fishing, cooking and listening to old country music.
Harold is survived by his two daughters - Rhonda (William) Frost of Camanche, IA, Katina Voss of Clinton, IA; five grandchildren - Amanda, Cassandra and Joseph Frost and Jazmyn and Samantha Voss; one sister - Mary Wooley of Ohio; three brothers - Merit (Betsy) Voss of Texas, Robert (LaVonne) Voss of Clinton and Jerry (Sharon) Voss of Ohio.
Preceding Harold in death were his parents and one brother - Floyd.
