Obituary for George Vulich
George Vulich, 98, of Camanche, Iowa passed away peacefully at Park Vista on Monday, October 4, 2021. Private family burial services will take place on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
George was born September 14, 1923 in Clinton, Iowa the son of Joe and Sophia (Bogich) Vulich. He was a graduate of Clinton High School. George was united in marriage to Dolores Howard on September 18, 1954 in Clinton.
George was employed with the Chicago Northwestern Railroad, as a Diesel Mechanic, for 20+ years.
George enjoyed fishing and playing baseball when he was younger and then watching baseball. Above all, he loved his family very much and will be sadly missed.
George is survived by his wife Dolores of Clinton, son George Vulich of Rockwall, TX; six grandchildren; one sister – Kathy Vulich of Davenport; one brother – Joe Jr. of Clinton; with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceding George in death were his parents, one son – Craig; one sister and four brothers.
