David Arthur Scrivner, 54, of Clinton, Iowa past away at Mercy Medical Center - North Campus on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. Honoring his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded with no services to be scheduled. Lemke Funeral Homes is assisting the family with arrangements.
David was born July 9, 1961 in Prineville, Oregon, the son of Earnest and June (Fisk) Scrivner. He was united in marriage to Robin Johnson on August 24, 2002.
David was a truck driver and mechanic for many years. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing, boating and golfing. He also loved going for rides on his Harley. As a young man he loved to race motorcycles and snowmobiles. He will be sadly missed by his family and all those that knew him.
David is survived by his wife - Robin of Clinton, IA; one son - Steven (Elizabeth Douglass) Brown of Clinton, IA; two grandchildren - Claudia and Ella Brown at home; his mother June Bowen of Baker City, OR; two sisters - Kathy Minser of Eagle Creek, OR and Linda (Pat) Nagel of Estacada, OR; one brother - Steve (Vicki) Scrivner of Grants Pass, OR, with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceding David in death were his father Earnest and step-father - Bob Bowen.
