Darline S. Vulich, 90, of Clinton, Iowa passed away peacefully at the Alverno on Friday, November 10, 2017. A private family burial service will take place on Wednesday, November 15, at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Darline was born December 11, 1926 in Savanna, Illinois the daughter of Louis and Herminy (Bahnsen) LeRol. Darline was a 1945 graduate of Clinton High School. Darline was united in marriage to Bernard Vulich, at the Little Brown Church, in Nashua, Iowa on October 4, 1955.
She was a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church in Clinton. She worked at AT&T, Van Allen's and Klines Department Store. She was also a homemaker for her three children.
She enjoyed sewing, playing Bingo, cooking for family, friends and her church circle. Above all, she loved her family very much and will be sadly missed.
Darline is survived by her husband of 62 years – Bernard Vulich of Clinton, IA; one daughter – Julie Vulich of Madison WI; two sons – Dan Vulich of Parkersburg, WV and Nick Vulich of Davenport, IA; with 5 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Preceding Darline in death were her parents and brothers – Louis and Sylvan LeRol.
