Obituary for Darlene Wauters
Darlene Wauters, 65, of Clinton, Iowa passed away at MercyOne Hospital on Wednesday December 8, 2021, following a long battle with health issues. Honoring her wishes cremation rites will be accorded with private family services taking place at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Darlene was born May 16, 1956 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin the daughter of Philip Sr. and Doris (Lannoye) Dewitt.
Before her life took her in a different direction, she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. She loved the outdoors and collecting carousel horses.
Darlene is survived by her children Melissa Lardinois, Daniel Lardinois Jr., Amanda Lardinois, and Steven Wauters. Four grandchildren Jeremy, April, Dylon, and Sonya. One great-grandchild Lucia; her siblings Myron (Patricia) Dewitt, Sandra (Robert) Kadrlik, Randy Timm, Rodney Timm, Kim Wendt, David Moll and Bobbi Dewitt; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, her step mother Mildred Dewitt and her siblings Gail Dewitt, Perry Dewitt, and Philip Dewitt Jr.
Her children would like to thank Pat, Mike and Sandy for everything they have done throughout the years and their ongoing support for their family.
