Obituary for Christine Joanne Vosatka (Marburger)
Christine Joanne Vosatka, 52, passed away at MercyOne Hospital on Sunday, November 17, 2019. Honoring the families wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will occur at 11 am on Saturday, November 30, at Lemke Funeral Homes – North Chapel (2304 North 2nd Street). Burial will take place at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Christine was born on May 21, 1967 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Robert Ray Marburger and Mary Virginia (Berry) Marburger.
She was united in marriage Tim Vosatka in 2000.
Christine loved watching movies and socializing with her family and friends. She enjoyed working in her construction work. Christine loved animals and going to the casino. She lived life to the fullest and you always new where you stood with her.
Christine is survived by her long-time boyfriend – Chris Reiff of Clinton; daughter – Sara Marburger of Sabula, IA; her father – Robert Marburger of Sabula, IA; one brother – Bobby Marburger of Clinton, IA; her long-time friend – Jeremy Farrell of Clinton, IA; one nephew – Matthew Marburger and niece – Mary Marburger; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Preceding Christine in death are her mother – Mary, her sister – Stacy; and her late husband – Tim Vosatka.
