Obituary for Ann Lee Holm (Ebensberger)
Ann Lee Holm, 88, of Clinton, Iowa passed away at Park Vista, Camanche, with her family at her side on Monday, December 5, 2022. Honoring her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded with no services scheduled. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Ann was born May 13, 1934 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Louis and Mary (Fahey) Ebensberger. She was a 1953 graduate of Lyon’s High School.
Ann was united in marriage to William “Bill” Holm on August 9, 1958 at St. Irenaeus Catholic Church, Clinton.
Ann worked for many years as a Clerk for the Clinton County Auditor’s Office until her retirement.
Ann was an avid bowler and loved to golf especially at the Fulton Country Club where she was a long-time member. She also enjoyed taking long bicycle rides with her husband. Above all, she loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and will be incredibly missed.
Ann is survived by her husband Bill of Clinton; daughter - Susan (Greg) Dennis of Clinton; one granddaughter - Erica (Richard) Schmidt of Kenosha, WI and one grandson - Lance (Elizabeth) Dennis of Peoria, IL; 3 great-grandchildren - Campbell, Lila and Hendrick; one brother - William Ebensberger of Clinton; with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son - Scott and one sister- Mary Lou Kristensen.
